This is the future of apartments that the Progressives are pushing for sheeple that want to live a Progressive lifestyle. This is what is being offered in New York city. I am not looking at the political or social ramifications of this way of living but how we can invest in these cheaply built housing. They can possibly be rented for $1000 per month each. WOW!

How to be wealthy
The Upper Class
The upper class values include higher education, and the wealthiest people have an accumulation and maintenance of wealth, the maintenance of social networks and the power that accompanies such networks. Children of the upper class are typically schooled on how to manage this power and this privileged in different forms. Wealth continues to transfer and grow between generations.
The Middle Class
The middle class places a greater emphasis on income. The middle class views wealth as something for emergencies and it is seen as a safety cushion. This class comprises of people who were raised with families that typically owned their homes, planned ahead and stressed the importance of education and achievement. They earn a significant amount of income but also have a significant amount of consumption. However there is limited savings (deferred compensation) or investments, besides retirement pensions and home ownership.
The Lower Class
Those with the least amount of wealth are the poor. Wealth accumulation for this class is to some extent prohibited. People that receive Welfare cannot own more then a trivial amount of assets, in order to be eligible and remain qualified for minor income transfers. A underlying negative factor of the poor is that the institutions that are formed to help them, also keep them dependent by discouraging them from accumulating wealth.

The one percent
This essay is done by Progressives about who hold the reigns of wealth in this nation and the rest of the world. The Progressives tend to focus on policies of envy but it is an overall great article to understand who really controls the world. Wealth is also a matter of perspective. A person on a lower rung of the financial ladder in the UNited States would be very high up on the rungs in less developed country.
